Recently the due date for filing income tax return has been extended to 5 august 2013.
Is it going to impact wealth tax return due date or it is going to remain unchanged i.e. 31 july. Please tell ASAP.

Is e- filing of itr-7 mandatory for A.Y 13-14?

I have applied for COP with ICAI in the form 6. I have recd a mail from ICAI for filling the details in the Sr. no. 3 of Form 6. As per the Sr. No. 3, it asks the details of other occupation. I am not into any other occupation. So what do I fill in it. As its a mandatory question and without it, it cannot be processed. Pls help me out ASAP

I am presently undergoing for articleship training from Jaipur. I am in second year of articleship. My father got transfer from Jaipur on 2 August2013 outside Jaipur. Later on 4 August 2013 he again got posted to Jaipur. So can get the transfer if I will attach the copy of transfer order of my father dated 2 August 2013

I have secured exemption in accounting (group 1) in November 2012 ipcc first attempt but failed the group.I registered for may 2013 ipcc exam second attempt but failed to appear in examination due to ill health.Now i want to ask you that is my accounting exemption valid for November 2013 ipcc third attempt?

CAN A CA PARTNERSHIP FIRM HAVE A BOARD FIXED OUTSIDE THEIR OFFICE WITH THE NAMES OF ALL THE PARTNERS ALONG WITH THEIR NUMBERS.AND IF THEY CAN HAVE A BOARD OF ANY COLOUR AND SIZE???
