I want to fill up reserve and surplus in Form 23 AC. But in our b/s reserve and surplus is in minus figure and form is not accepting minus fiqure.

Pls help to suggest any way out.

tds to be deducted on all payments made to developer except service tax and stamp duty on sale of property us 194IA as service tax to be paid to department and stamp duty to be paid to govt. this is my view.some developer take stamp duty in company a/c and than pay and some developer take payment directly in govt a/c.
My interpretation is that the payment of service tax and stamp duty not liable to tds.
Is my view is correct?

I recently joined bank, but profile is not suitable. I joined bank just because of initial requirement of money. My simple question is, if I start a practice after few months on proprietorship basis or on partnership basis, then as per current market situation, could we get enough clients in 1 or 2 years period.??

I created my lms account when i was doing cpt...now i
cleared cpt and registered for ipcc but while login it shows cpt syllabus only...how can i change it?please help me out to solve this issue. Thanks in advance
