I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT NEXT MALE MEMBER OF THE FAMILY IS KARTA IN CASE DEATH OF KARTA. WHETHER IT IS WRITTEN IN THE ACT ITSELF OR IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT?
BANK IS REFUSING TO OPEN THE HUF ACCOUNT BY SAYING THAT SENIOR MOST MEMBER IN THE FAMILY IS THE KARTA AND NOT NEXT MALE MEMBER.
PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE EVIDENCE FOR THE SAME.

I registered in my present office two months ago. After registration my auditor is scolding me very badly. He is not allowing me to write 2nd year exams of BCOM in distance mode.He did not pay me stipend also.Basing on all these reasons i want to take termination. is it possible to take termination now itself or should i wait till completion of 6 months.

Hi, i have completed 1.5 years of my articleship period. and then have applied for termination from the same due to pregnancy. now i would like to know whether there is any time limit as to completion of articles? or to join another firm?

I have written all answers of nov 2013 costing fm paper correct upto second last step only last step of each answers were wrong that made the final answers wrong and according to you how much marks should i get in each question if they carried 8 marks each..or is there possibilities of failing?

He also wanted me to be a partner for another location for that firm. I was assured of no new business except my uncles existing contacts and his circles to fetch the clientele

I have to loose a source of Rs.40k pm to accept the offer. Besides, i can also opt for teaching at that location

Generally All suppliers they send original commercial documents for payment after despatch to me except Lorry Receipt.

Suppliers Says Consignee Lorry Receipt should go along with Material to the project site. The material receipt acknowledgement to be done on Consignee Lorry Receipt only.

Transporter says. It is not necessary Consignee Lorry receipt along with Material.

I'm purchasing RESALE flat of Rs. 56 Lacs and going to make payment by taking loan. My query is regarding 194 IA TDS. I need to inform bank to disburse payment in 2 instrument i.e. one instrument of favoring Seller'name of amount Rs.55,44,000 and other instrument of Rs. 56,000 (1% TDS). Query here is since bank is giving loan of 56 Lacs, in what name (favor of) I should demand bank to issue the instrument. As the money is not in my account i cant pay online. Or can i ask bank to credit it to my bank account and then i would from the pay from my back a/c in which Rs 56,000 is credited. Please advice
