10 November 2013 Hi friends,

I am Tangudu qualified CA & ICWA in the year 2011. My overall experience post qualification is 2 years.

I request you to help resolving my current dilemma briefed below

My uncle happened to be a CA in practice in one of the renowned firms. Now, he wanted to quit and join another firm which had established in 1976. Currently, it has got 2 branches with 4 partners. He also wanted me to be a partner for another location for that firm. I was assured of no new business except my uncles existing contacts and his circles to fetch the clientele

I have to loose a source of Rs.40k pm to accept the offer. Besides, i can also opt for teaching at that location

I kindly request you to leave your valuable inputs regarding how better i can negotiate to compensate my decision

If you are interested in practice, then its a good offer. However, it would be good if you could convince the firm to pay you a certain fixed amount to start with.

11 November 2013 Thanks Nikhil, i appreciate the point been mentioned... i already tried that option over a tele conversation but that seems not possible..kindly suggest with any other ways?
