I am a CA Final Student.My Articleship started on 15.09.2011. I have taken the leave of 120 days upto 30.10.2013 and i will continue the articleship till 30th April with out taking any leave.Can i give the Attempt of May 2014.Please Reply its urgent.

I have got a query regarding tds filing. If tds of quarter1 is remitted in quarter2 can we file tds return in quarter2 or revise quarter1 if its already filed? Can you please mention under which section.

What documents are required(for Sole propreitorship)

Is it as easy as normal Pancard(process)

Now we are approaching Bank for Term Loan in the name of Company – 1

Can we mortgage company 2 Land and Building for availing this loan?

If Company- 2 can offer its Corporate Guarantee to company – 1 for availing this loan ?

If Company-2 Directors are offer their personal Guarantee for availing loan by Company – 1

Section of 185 of Companies Act 2013 is applicable for this transactions

Sir mere articleship chal rahe hai, aur mera b.com complete ho gya hai delhi university correspndence se. Sir ab me m.com ignou se karne ja raha hu , to kya sir muje icai ko koi letter dena padega kya? Agar mene icai ko nahe bataya to muje kya problems hoge?
