Pan card for sole propreitorship

28 November 2013 I have started a travel Consultancy service from home.I have a pancard but dont have a pancard on companys name....

I have not registered for service tax as i dont come into that bracket.

How do i get PAN CARD in The Company name?
What documents are required(for Sole propreitorship)

Is it as easy as normal Pancard(process)

please let me know

28 November 2013 No sep pan card req in case of sole prop business if you have your valid existing pan card issued by it dept.

28 November 2013 for soleproprietorships pan card will be in the name of proprietor only no seperate pan card will be given

28 November 2013 If you have sole proprietary firm then no need to other PAN.

But, if you are doing business under company name then yes PAN is required in the name of the company.
