Can Amount remitted in Foreign Exchange Transaction can be booked as Purchase ..without giving effect of Forex gain or Loss in the books of Accounts

how can i change my profile section in traces

The CPE requirement is for a block of 3 calender years ie( 2011 to 2013)of min 10 per year & overall 45. (whether Unstructured or Structured))
If a member gets registered with icai during calender year April, 2011 & in the first year, the CPE is exempt.
Would CPE would be proportionate or not. (ie 45/3*2=30 CPE for block of Calender yaer 2011 to 2013.??

Another Q,whether the self declaration of CPE be filed from calender year 2011 to 2013 by Dec 2013 or not ??

I have applied for DIN in MCA site after properly logged in. But after uploading the .pdf file a message appears "file successfully uploaded" and then corresponding browser became automatically closed. And I do not received any DIN or provisional DIN for payment of DIN application fees. Please intimate me how I received DIN or provisional DIN in order to pay DIN application fees. i have registered under the direct entry scheme. still can i give group two without re reg of articleship. Also can any C.A. sign on my exam form. i have cleared grp one ipcc in may 2013 and also one yr articleship under a ca bt terminated my articleship in sept 2013. can i join articleship after grp two exam.

I want information about the different ways through which chit fund companies can act,

One of Chit fund company collected daily collection of rs. 100 and after 45 days they give advance to subscriber and same is done only on demand of subscriber. one thing to be noted that, they do not take any bid, or CHITTHI, they simply act as small bank where the subscriber deposit the amount into chit fund companies and after 45 days they are eligible to draw the amount as an advance from chit fund companies..but all the subscriber get a amount after the specified 45 days limitation...the company is registered co. under chit fund act 1982 and under company act 1956

my query is regarding the ways and types of work that chit fund company can do...and whether the above the act done by co. are reliable and as per the act or is they are on wrong way...
