05 December 2013 It is so easy to make changes in Profile section on TRACES. To avoid unwanted access to this area, TRACES has implemented a very good system.. First of all go to TRACES website.. After providing login password and TAN No, you will be allowed to access the data.. In extreme right a Profile tab will appear on which one has to click..
Now here comes the role of TRACES's implemented system..
To view or make changes to profile data, one has to provide the details of processed TDS Return. For which period you have to provide data, will appear there... Enter the details exactly as provided in concerned TDS Return... After filling complete data you have to submit and system will match the data filled by you with that of processed TDS return.. In case it is correct a verification code will generate by the help of which you can proceed to view the Profile section.. There you will be given option to make changes to profile and the same will be updated once you provide..
