as well as pursuing my CA final.
I am 30 years old.

My query to the experts is if i clear my finals in recent attempts, what would be my scope as regard to carrier in a reputed company.

Please advice as by the time i m getting older leaves negative thoughts in my mind.

Hello, I'm appearing for ipcc may 2014 attempt and im planning to do my articleship from Singapore.. can you'll please tell me if it'll be prudent or not for me to do it there? also should I go directly after my exams or taking a years work exp from India and then going there would be better ?

pls help me to know is there any minimum length of service to be eligible to receive gratuity under the gratuity act 1972 in case of death or disablement of employee.

As far as i m concerned there is no such minimum length of service under the act as continuous service of 5 yrs service is not applicable in case of death and disablement.

please reply in reference to case law if any i haven't find any. and please also clarify that benefit payable in case of death after 2 yrs is paid as pension as in case of govt. employees is it so? If not than what is the actual benefit to be received in case of death before one yr.

sir my home town is in bihar and my father is bank manager presently posted in bihar and i am doing my articleship in kolkata and there is only 1 month left in completion of 2nd year of articleship but now i want to continue my remaining period of articleship in bihar.Could i take transfer on parent transfer basis by showing address proof of bihar??but i havn't transfer letter.i having only the proof that my father i presently posted in bihar.

Please let me know whether private ltd co can take loan from Director of the company and person in whom the director is interested
