i have cleared both group of my ipcc in nov 2013 and also complete my orientation and itt training till 10.02.2014.
i want to ask that there is need to register for ca final with articleship training?

or sir what is the right time to register for ca final??

hai, am a ca student. now started my articleship. and also am doing bcom 2nd year in ignou. and also i had registered for cs last year. i have came to know that only one additional course can be done at the time of articleship. so what should i do.. so can i cancel my cs registration now and continue it after one year? i mean after doing my bcom? plz plz reply me.. thanx in advance.

My Rent is Rs.15000/month as per Rental Agreement. Rental Agreement in the name of my self and my friend. So 50%(7500)only paying every month.

In a case the CA firm getting converted into an LLP then whether it is necessary for all CA partners to become designated partners of LLP or minimum two CA can be Designated Partner and remaining partners act as partners only??
Is there any notification/circular issued on same by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India?

My query to the experts is if i clear my finals in recent attempts, what would be my scope as regard to carrier in a reputed company.

Hello, I'm appearing for ipcc may 2014 attempt and im planning to do my articleship from Singapore.. can you'll please tell me if it'll be prudent or not for me to do it there? also should I go directly after my exams or taking a years work exp from India and then going there would be better ?

pls help me to know is there any minimum length of service to be eligible to receive gratuity under the gratuity act 1972 in case of death or disablement of employee.

As far as i m concerned there is no such minimum length of service under the act as continuous service of 5 yrs service is not applicable in case of death and disablement.

please reply in reference to case law if any i haven't find any. and please also clarify that benefit payable in case of death after 2 yrs is paid as pension as in case of govt. employees is it so? If not than what is the actual benefit to be received in case of death before one yr.
