if not transfer allow by icai. how possible live in delhi becoz my father ill from long time therefore suffering from financial problem and i rest of articleship doing home town
and that time i need go to home treatment of father another doctor.plz advice.

I think icai will accept for ur transfer generally as there is a proper reason..so first ask icai approval along with ur boss recommendation/no objection for ur transfer ..
