I sent my registration of articles on 25th April in which my articles starts from 26 th march but I joined in a firm in Chennai now he told to take transfer. now my question is should I need to wait for my articleship to get registered come then take transfer or can I contact icai to cancel that registration and register a fresh one ?

and can also freeze the contribution limit upto 12% of 6500/- i.e. 780.00, if once basic salary raised from 6500/-.

It is provided in partnership deed to give interest to partner @ 12%.But due to lower profit firm not provided interest to partner and also partner do not have mind.

Is it permissible to not to give interest to partner even if provided in deed?

Hi,

I am a freelance web developer working from home.

I need to apply for home loan. Most of the banks websites say that the Profit / Loss and Balance Sheet is required for home loan.

Since I receive my earnings through paypal and then by bank transfer, I do not have the P/L and Balance sheet.

I just have my Income Tax returns.

What should I do to proceed on getting a home loan?

If the bank compulsorily ask me these documents, how will I get those?

please advice.
