Transfer of articleship within 1year

11 May 2014 Iwant to ask ganesh sir that only form 109 and application of transfer by mutual consent is enough to get transfer. And if id card is also required to sent then xerox will sent or I have sent original. Because original id card is taken by my old employer by saying that at the time of tranfer/termination article assistant should have to deposit to old employer.plzzzzz reply as sooon as possible. Thanx .

11 May 2014 within 1 year, Form 109 is sufficient. ID is not to be sent along with Form 109. It shall be sent with new Form 103.

Your principal needs to give it back to you. assuming that the termination is mutual, it should be a problematic issue.
