Two partner include total Capital Rs 11000/-
i making Pl account there show Net Loss: Rs 13000/- when i finalize above account there i adjust loss in capital account, Now capital show Rs 2000/- Negative

pl advise me capital show negative is correct or not ? where is loss adjust ?

Respected Sir,

I have deposited an extra tds(194J)of Rs.29916/- for the month of March 2014 by mistake. Now please suggest me how to correct this. Can I adjust this amount with the tds of April 2014 (as financial year has changed)?

I have to file tds return for this quarter which is due on 15th May 2014. Therefore please guide me on this as soonest as possible.

I have registered for ca - final in september 2013. Due to some problem i have not collected my study materials from ICAI Bhavan till now. My final attempt is may 2016.can any one plz suggest me can i get study materials now freely or is there any implications regarding this. Thanks in advanve.

I have given data validation formula in Excel 97-2003 but when I reopen the same file the data validation (list) formula disappears?
