I want to know that if Our company wants to pay all the utilities payment thru Credit Card then what is the procedure need to follow?
it is required to fill mandate form for all the Expenses like (Bill of Vodaphone, Tata, Airtel, Reliance Energy,...etc)
any extra charges applicable on Credit card?

I have deposited an extra tds(194J)of Rs.29916/- for the month of March 2014 by mistake. Now please suggest me how to correct this. Can I adjust this amount with the tds of April 2014 (as financial year has changed)?

I have to file tds return for this quarter which is due on 15th May 2014. Therefore please guide me on this as soonest as possible.

Iwant to ask ganesh sir that only form 109 and application of transfer by mutual consent is enough to get transfer. And if id card is also required to sent then xerox will sent or I have sent original. Because original id card is taken by my old employer by saying that at the time of tranfer/termination article assistant should have to deposit to old employer.plzzzzz reply as sooon as possible. We have increased Authorized Share Capital from Rs.50,00,000/- to Rs.80,00,000/- in General meeting held on 29.03.2014 and MOA fee supposed to be paid is Rs.30,000 + Additional Fee 750 i.e 30,750 and Stamp Duty Rs.4,500 but after uploading the Form SH-7 MCA Site is showing Rs.1,04,000 as MOA fee, Rs.671 as additional Fee. we have raised ticket with no 1159589 on Monday, we have received reply today, asking us to download new form and fill manually, In spite of filling the form manually , it showing ROC fee as 104,671 instead of 30750 erroneously. Kindly provide any solution to this.

i have appeared in CA final nov 13 but was not able to pass d exm..nw i am giving only first grp in may 14. so can i complete my gmcs traning after second grp or there is some time limit for completion. I am registered under the old course n so have to do gmcs only once
