Utilities payment thru credit card

13 May 2014 Dear Expert,
I want to know that if Our company wants to pay all the utilities payment thru Credit Card then what is the procedure need to follow?
it is required to fill mandate form for all the Expenses like (Bill of Vodaphone, Tata, Airtel, Reliance Energy,...etc)
any extra charges applicable on Credit card?
pls guide & help.

13 May 2014 If we have spend 200rs from Petty cash to make affidavit so what kind of exp is this

13 May 2014 you have to just fill the auto debit form of all the service provider and they will do the rest of things for you i.e. they will deduct the bill amount from your credit card day before your due date of your bill or else you can go from there site and pay through your credit card monthly.

there are no charges as such for the payment.
