1. Can an NRI purchase an agricultural land in India. What is the maximum monetary limit which he can invest in it?

cannot invest in agriculture land. Investment in companies is allowed subject to RBI restrictions. advised that you go through RBI FEMA circulars to ensure proper compliance.
