Excel problem

11 May 2014 I have given data validation formula in Excel 97-2003 but when I reopen the same file the data validation (list) formula disappears?
Please help

12 May 2014 Dear Prajakta,

Step:1

Select the Entire worksheet ( CTRL+A). Then CTRL+1--- Format Cells---->Protection Tab---> Remove (Tick Mark) from Locked Option-->Ok.

Step:2

Keeping the Cursor on the cell contains data validation,Ctrl+1----> Format Cell---->Protection Tab---> Select Locked option---> Ok.

Step 3:

Go to Review Tab-----> Protect Sheet with some password.

If the Problem persists, Pls share the file
to "Excelrocker@ymail.com"
