Hi, Are banks under IBPS such as Syndicate Bank under central govt. Are their employees considered central govt employees. I want to get this info because i want to know if i will get any age relaxation for applying in government jobs.

I Have to file form23b for appointment of auditor.but in mca site there is no form23b so i have to known whether any changes done in form or not??

I HAVE PVT LTD COMPANY HAVING SHARE CAPITAL RS 100000 IT IS NECESSARY TO FILE ROC RETURN IN XBRL. EVEN WE HAVE NOT FILED ROC RETURN SINCE THE COMANY IS INCORPORATED DATE OF INCORPORATION IS 31/10/2011. KINDLY ADVISE HOW TO FILE ROC RETURN EVEN I WANT TO CLOSE COMPANY WHATS THE PROCEDURE.

As per new companies act 2013 vide section 139, which speaks about appointment of auditors, whether the same is applicable for Financial Auditor or same is also applicable for Cost Auditor too. specifically the act tells about holding of office for a period of Six consecutive financial year i.e. 1st AGM to conclusion of 6th AGM. Please clarify the same.
