I am ipcc student, I have registered myself for nov 12 but due my dad health problems I was unable to to give nov'12 and may'13 . I gave nov'13 but unable to clear it. nov 14 will b 3rd attempt from my side but according to icai it will be a 5th attemp. I want to know if I clear nov'14 will it affect my future. I am stressed that I will not get any job after ca as according to icai I clear ipcc in 5th attemp. but according to me it will b 3rd onw. Please tell is my future safe.

Due to some personal problem I had submitted the articleship trrmination form to institute, after 1 month I want to join my articleship and wanted to complete my ca course. Please give advice that wheather I should join CA .

One of our client is executing works contract. He runs his business in Karnataka under Karnataka TIN. He has purchased some materials from Mumbai using Karnataka tin (CST). and started his work in Mumbai itself. The goods has not entered Karnataka itself . So, please guide me where the VAT has to be paid . Is it in Karnataka or Maharastra.

As per new companies act 2013 vide section 139, which speaks about appointment of auditors, whether the same is applicable for Financial Auditor or same is also applicable for Cost Auditor too. specifically the act tells about holding of office for a period of Six consecutive financial year i.e. 1st AGM to conclusion of 6th AGM. Please clarify the same.
