Project report for taking loan for factory shed

25 May 2014 How should a project report be prepared for obtaining loan from bank for construction of factory shed. The shed costs around 25 lacs, client has invested 10 lakhs, he needs loan of 15 lakhs. Please can anyone guide me how to go about. 2010-11,11-12 and 12-13 accts are prepared and returns are filed. 2013-14 not prepared.

There is ab book on the subject By Prasanna Chandra which i studied, and keep referiing.

It will be an asset pl refer to it.
