Does syndicate bank come under central government

Hi, Are banks under IBPS such as Syndicate Bank under central govt. Are their employees considered central govt employees. I want to get this info because i want to know if i will get any age relaxation for applying in government jobs.

All these nationalized banks are central government undertakings. They are called PSUs i.e. public sector units. PSUs employees are not central govt. employees.
