23 May 2014 Sir/Madam,

My article period gets completed by 2 yrs & 5 month at the end of Oct 2015. Am i eligible to attempt the Nov 2015 Exam?

23 May 2014 Please let me know the date of commencement of your articles.

As per Institute regulations, you can write the exam provided you rae serving the last six month of articles on the first day of the month in which your exams are held. I.e, Nov/May.

Hence, you need to complete 2 yrs and 6 months articleship without excess leave on 1st Nov 2015.

Article Period:

In 2011 - 2 Month
2012 - Nil
2013 - From August onwards
2014 - Till now

Sir, due to some personal problems my article period has been disturbed, which has been carried out properly in this last 2 years. I want to know when I am eligible for my exam. Is it on Nov 2015 or May 2016 ???
