Can anyone tell me how may I apply for online registration of a Partnership Firm.

What is the Complete procedure for online registration.

If a Chartered accountant is registered with ICAI as non COP holder,
Can he do work under legal & professional services like accounts, taxation handling work which not involves signing or representation before legal authority in any case.

SIR i have scored 95.6% this year in 12th cbse. and instead of going to regular du college i have opted for sol du plus ca?? do you think it is a good decision ?. secondly if i manage to clear ca in first attempt will i be able to make it into big 4 or companies like that??lastly do companies like big 4 and all give more preference to regular college plus ca students ??

I have a business concept with me. can that be copyrighted? if so, how much would it cost, what is the procedure and whom do I have to meet? thank u

i would like to know for idt i want to study from bangur. now the question is whether to study from bangur compiler or main book.

i read somewere bangur complier contains short summary and all exam questions. so will bangur compiler be sufficient or should i go for main book.

I have alredy done Bcom(A&F) from Ignou. it is associated with ICAI and 1 year Bcom course. I had not Filed Form 112. now my 3 years articleship has been terminated and serving extention in another firm, can i submit a condonation from my current employer ?

what is WCT (Works contract tax)?
one of my friend is a electrical contractor in HPCL.Company gives his payment through NEFT it deducts TDS & WCT also so I just want to know that -
1) what is WCT and
2) can it be refundable? and
3) how to treat it in accounts ?
pls give me detailed information about it.
