03 August 2014 Plz giv me suitabl sugestion that either i shud take termination frm my present principal as i'm not satisfied with the work that my principle is giving me .as i have started my training on 1st jan 2014 nd i hav only learned balancesheets making nd filed incom tax returns 3 to 4 times till now so pls suggest me eithr i shud take termination or not nd if yes then what is the procedure for taking termination. Nd i have also heard that we can take termination only in 1st year of our articlship .so plz reply to my abov written query.....

03 August 2014 if you are not satisfied with what you have done in last 7 months, then there is no point in hanging around. However, the important question is, how will you ensure that the next place gives you required exposure!!

with regards to procedure, just execute form 109 with the current principal and execute Form 102 and 103 with new principal
