05 August 2014 first take dsc of all diretor who want to become director and than apply for din through dir3 along with dir 4 for affadavit and attached pan card for identity proof and eletericity bill or telephone or utility bill for residence proof than file inc 1 for reservation of name along with fee of 1000 than file inc 7 for incorporation of company along with moa and aoa and again file pan card and eletercity bill etc.(but this time self attested copy) than file inc8 for delceration and inc9 for certificaton of professional and inc10 for verfication of signature and if corrspondence address is paramnent address than no need to file inc 21 but if not than file inc21 within 30 day of incorporation last file dir 12 for appointment of director
