Dear Sir Gudafternun. My Grandfather had 3 Children i.e..My Paternal Uncle,Aunt And My Father.
While My Grandfather Passed Away He Wrote A Will As His Property Will Transferred To My Father And For My Patternal Uncle Has Got Already Monetery Benifit For Purchase Some Land. But Know My Patenal Uncle Asking Me Share In My Father Property?And He Is Saying That He Got Very Nominal Amount Of Share As Legal Heir Of My Grandfa.But As Per Market Value Almost His Property Value Is More Value Than Us.

So Pls Advice Me For This Issue.

sir i m wrking in a school nd my previous salary was 10500,after increment now my salary is settled as 11500. but now employer is saying there is a new policy of pf has arrived in which whose salary is less dn 15000 there pf will be deducted from there salary and company will deduct 24% from my salary. due to that i gave resign notice on 30th sep but still they are saying my pf will be deducted from my this month salary so sir plz tell me what is the procedure to tell them no for that as they are not listening any thing so legally what can i do there to get my salary back?

I had completed my articleship on 21/08/2014 and had also submitted form 108 for the same.
However I got a letter from the institute stating that I had taken excess leave for 8 days so I will have to serve the same.

My query is that Do I need to serve the same under my previous employer or I can served under any other member?

Also whether Sundays and other holidays will be included in that 8 days ?

I am from Bikaner, Rajasthan & doing my articleship from Pune , Maharashtra. I have completed more than 1 year of article ship. I had already taken a transfer when my 9 months of articleship were completed & I have worked under my present principal for more than 5 months. Now I want to take transfer because I m suffering from serious asthma problem & periodic attacks... I don't want to sit at home for 3 months for taking transfer.. Please suggest any other alternative of taking transfer from my present principal...

EPF Limit increased to Rs. 15000 from Rs. 6500 wef 01.09.2014
If any Basic Salary : 7,000/-
DA : 2,000/-
Traveling Allowance : 2500/-
HRA: 3,000/-
Mobile : 1,000/-
Now its total payable amount is 15,500/-

I want to know that which amount is applicable for EPF deduction Rs 7,000/-(Basic) or 15,500/- (Total)

Kindly tell me what is the limit of Basic salsry

Can anyone guide me about the date from which the stipend will be increased or whether it will be appllicable for all the articles or not!!! Expedite reply will be appreciated!!

what is current trend of ipcc marks requirement for articleship in the Big4's..? m writing for both groups in november2014.....its very worthy for mee to get this precious information at this tym but info. should be as per current trends of big4's..so that i can rely on this criteria for my ipcc exams one month ahead..!! i wil b very highly thankful to ansering person of this query..

i have passed my ipcc group 1 exams in the may 2014 attempt, i want to join my articles, some one had informed me that i shall join articles within 31 oct 2014 to get correct final attempt without any delays.is the above said date is correct r there is any other last date??
