Hi! I joined Articleship in August 2013 and I took termination in my first 4 months of articleship due to some problems. Now again I want to take termination. Can anyone please tell me about the provisions relating to termination of articleship after one year. Do I have to give a strong reason to icai for termination or is it simple process ? Please explain in full. Help please. Thanx

I have cleared group-I only (results declared today). I had registered with the institute for " both groups without articleship", now how can I start articleship? Please suggest also what factors to be taken into consideration for selection of the firm for articleship?

Whether TDS be applicable for payment made by a company to travel agency for booking ticket and hotel accomodation for its employees. If the company is having an agreement with Travel agency?.

We want to shut down a private limited company. The company has not filed its annual return since last 3 years and do not have any transaction from last 3 years. What is the procedure to shut down the company? Is it possible to shut down the company without filling all annual returns in any scheme available?

I have one small query related to PAN.

One of my client has been filing his IT return since 2003.But he never filed it online.Now i have to file return last 2 financial years.But when i try to login,
i am getting error saying PAN DOES NOT EXISTS. but i have PANCARD copy and also
Form 16 ( PAN number matching in both the documents).But,this is Form 16 is not generated from TRACES.

Kindly suggest,how i can come out of this
login issue.

There was an error in the Valid PAN in 26Q. I want to Replace it with a Valid PAN. I want to Know whether replacing will amount to any futher demand or not if such change is made after 7days
