One of my known wants to start business through of selling gold & bullion bars. What would be the legal requirements to start the business. Till yet obtain only domain name.

Virtual business do have PHYSICAL place. Get the Shops and Establishment Act Liscence,
then register for Professional Act,
get the PAN, VAT registration and so on.
