I wolud like to ask that wheather a memeber of icai having full time certificate of practise can be employed in a ca firm as full time employee?
If yes then please refer the relevant provisions for the same in the CA Act or CA ethics.

I got registered for articleship on 31/12/2012.My Applicable ca final attempt was MAy 2015 which got delayed to Nov 2015 (because of transfer in first year of articleship).
Whether Advance Itt is applicable to me?

Hi,
I have taken transfer from a ca firm after completing 5 months of articleship.Is it mandatory to complete six months of articleship before taking transfer to a new ca firm?

For enrollment in the above mentioned training programme, N.O.C from the present employer is required to be submitted.
pls provide a valid format of the N.O.C as it was not there at the institute's notice board.

We made double payment for inc 7.and we had filed refund form also.Now we got a mail saying that refund is not applicable to inc 7.Please tell we whether i can claim refund or not for inc 7?

A company in dubai sold goods to an Indian Company for Rs. 10 Crore, The Indian Company sold the goods to other indian company at a same price of Rs. 10 Crore without any profit margin in favour of dubai Company.

i. Will transfer pricing applicable to this?

ii. Also will there be any changes in applicability of Transfer pricing in case of being an related party or not being an related party?
