I got registered for articleship on 31/12/2012.My Applicable ca final attempt was MAy 2015 which got delayed to Nov 2015 (because of transfer in first year of articleship).
Whether Advance Itt is applicable to me?

Advanced Information Technology Training Course
As per Regulation 29(c)(iv) of the Chartered Accountants’ Regulations 1988, students who have registered for Practical Training on or after August 1st, 2012 were required to complete Advanced IT Training before admission to the Final Examination. However, the Council of the Institute has decided to defer the implementation date of Regulation 29(c)(iv) from August 1st, 2012 to February 1st, 2013. Accordingly, 100 Hours Advanced ITT course will now be applicable to those students who have registered for Practical Training on or after February 1st, 2013 but before appearing in the Final Examination in terms of Regulation 29(c)(iv) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. Hence all such students who commenced their Practical Training on or after February 1, 2013 and are eligible to appear in November, 2015 Examination are advised to complete the Advanced ITT well in advance before appearing in the Final Examination so as to avoid any hardship at a later date.
The fee for the Advanced ITT has been fixed at Rs. 5,000 per student which shall be charged by the concerned branch. The duration of the batches will be 4/6 hours per day. As per the Regulations, the time spent by the students for undergoing 100 Hours of Advanced ITT will be treated as a part of the training as period actually served under articles.
The students are advised to contact the concerned Decentralised Office or the branch of the ICAI for registration to batches of 100 Hours Advanced ITT Course and ensure to complete the course well in time.
