We have a bill of one party (M/s xyz) on which they have written like this: towards the reimbursement of the third party cost for the TVC launch media activity. Bills from third party raised are also attached with this bill & that bill is with service tax to M/s XYZ.

Will TDS applicable on reimbursement
to third party cost?

Hello sir I am going to write my IPCC this November.I have started preparing but there are too many books alongwith the institute books and this makes me get stuck with preaparing for one topic alone for a long time. My question is will the study material and practice manual alongwith RTPs & MTPs be sufficient for exam preparation. Or leave full the icai materials and just fully follow reference books? Which is better sir Please help?!

I was working in an IT company which had a Bond.The matter was taken to an Arbitrator and after my contesting,the Claimants withdrew the Claim by a Petition,in Aug 2013.Since the Claim was withdrawn,I did not pursue the matter,but no Arbitration Award was received by me.
How can I get an award/release,please advice.
