09 July 2015 Sir/madam,

I am namburu mahesh Running A business and also salary employee but mybusiness running by myparents and i want clarification of which categary of business (i.e.business provides seeds convert to powder and mirches convert to mirche powder not only for those two but also including others )why because i want apply for credit card and also personal loan ,pending for last 3years returns.

pls suggest me which itr comes under and
also catogary comes.

09 July 2015 What you are doing is business only not profession. You can file ITR 4S if you are opting for 44AD and your turnover is 1 crore or less.
