I have few queries in regards to company formation. Request expert advice

1) I intend to register a Pvt limited company in Maharastra (One of the proposed director has own flat there which is presently rented out). Is it OK to register the company on the address which is rented out?

2) The company is intended for Pharma business (Third Party Manufacturing) so Drug licence is required for the same. We have done marketing activity and want to market the pharma product in states of Jharkhand & Bihar. My question is can we take Drug licence on name of the company in Jharkhand/Bihar which has been registered in Maharastra? (One proposed director is a P.hd in Pharmaceutical science)

Hi,

I had a credit card with Standard chartered bank with a credit limit of 30k when my outstanding was 20K, one fine day they suddenly reduced my credit limit to 17k and charged on excess oustanding amount.
Due to this I stopped paying oustanding amount after a long argument with bank saying before chrging for excess amount due to sudden change in credit limit i need to be given enough time.
To my knowledge after 90 days of non pament accoutn has to be declared as NPA and stop charging interest, but they charged interest until it reach 1.90Lacs.
Whether bank can charge interest until those many day nearly around 5yrs, any info would be appreciated

I am working in Ca firm in pune since Feb 2015,still i am not taking cop,now i want to take cop(Part time)----can i apply for firm name & firm registration number also? ( I know part time cop holder cannot use attest function it is just for advertise on visiting card,starting consultancy etc, i will take full time cop after 1 year)
