I started articleship from 15 June and I have to register within 30 days from joining.but it need certificate of orientation programme.I completed op on 23 May but received certificate till .so my question is can I register without op certificate.

sir I am a student of IPCC both group . l want to improve my FM subject .kindly suggest me whether PM n SM are suff icient for it or l should purchase some extra book. plzz reaply. ..

It would be my 3rd attempt of CA ipcc and i am confident that i would score a rank. Is there any chance that i will get a good CA firm for articleship if i score a rank??.

Hai Everyone, please address my following query:

A Pvt company in India received FDI under automatic route through AD bank. The problem is foreign bank is not issuing KYC of the remitter stating that the funds have not been transferred from business account. Now we are unable to file AFR for allotment of UIN which will be used for filing Fc- GPR.

My query is how can we proceed now? (can we file FCGPR without UIN)
Next query is if remitter is an individual then he should also have business account?

Please help in this issue.

Sir, My Agriculture land is situated within almost 5 km by road from nearest municipal corporation. My land is "compulsory acquired" by central government through state government in year 2004-05. We received compensation on 21.06.2016. Will the capital gain attract on our consideration.

hello sir, my grandfather has 5 brothers including him. their aggriculture land is in u.p. they want to keep it for their son and grand son by creating a body like trust, BOI,NGO & all the family members of our family and member of their brother's family are agree to create a body. but no body is living in village. please suggest us what we should create and also impact if after the death of anyone their brother their son will demand their share to sell the property. and what are the benefits and losses to create the body,
