In relation to 112 form not submitted along with 108

30 June 2016 Sir/madam during the articles I am not pursue any course or taken leave from my principal.becuse I am not submitted the 112 form along with 108form( articles completion form) I received the letter from icai articles completion letter in that mentioned submit 112 form along with 1000 DD and proof of joining I am not joined in any course what can I do for that please give suggestion
