hii frnds can any1 guide me what should I do in present situation??? I am CA in job have applied for COP + membership on 16 August 2016 ( with DD of rs4000 in favour of Icai Kanpur)_and before Icai would receive my form2 I have called and mail them not to issue COP and consent is given to me by concerned authority in Icai Kanpur. They said 2000rs will be adjusted for current year COP and will taken as advance for next year.But by mistake they have now send me both COP and membership certificate and not willing to accept their mistake. pz guide me for the above..,.. One of my friend is having his Proprietory Business & he is liable to deduct TDS, TAN is his individual name but while registering with traces site it ask for Name of Deductor & also for Name of Authorised Person. So is both the place is to be inserted with Individual name or Proprietorship Firm's name ?

I want to ask, if a huf deed is formed on e-stamp than we have to mention parties name on the e-stamp. My query is who are the parties to be mentioned on e-stamp. Is it the person who is gifting money for starting huf as - party 1 and huf as- party ?? Kindly reply to the query
