I wanted to know that,I have recently qualified CA and i got my COP letter confirmation,but firm is not yet formed.

I just wanted to know,as i filling the TAX audit reports of some clients,I have to give a stamped copy of it to my client,
How should be the stamp look alike and contents in it(sample pic if avail),as firm is not yet been formed.

If i have not created a firm yet,can i create a stamp in my individual name ?

I am practicing in southern region,so i have to apply to Chennai office for firm name or Delhi HO.Actually in form 2 i have sent firm names 4 options,as asked in the form.
Is it enough or i have to apply it again to HO,as no reply regarding my firm name is been received from chennai office.

I am a direct entry student and I am in 2 year of article ship on 5th December 2016 i will complete my 2 years but now i want to take a break can i? the period which i served for will this be considered if in future if i rejoin again.. and what is the procedure for take termination form article ship please help..

I am using Internet Explorer 11 and latest java version. But details are not getting updated after entering all details and clicking UPDATE. I got to know that many are having the same problem. If any one did solved this problem please tell me. It will be helpful to many of us.

our customers uncle has a capital gain account at bank of baroda Byculla branch bombay.the unclehas expired
the cousin who is nominee in that account has requested the brigade road branch of bank of baroda to open a capital gain account.

i have 4 Question
1 can bank of baroda Brigade road branch open the capital Gain account of the nominee .
2 can the money be transfered from our byculla branch of bank of baroda to Brigade Road branch of BOB.
3 Whether any tax submission clearance will be asked from the nominee for the capital gain account maintained at BOB Byculla Branch.
4 can a bank open the account of capital gain with nil balance in anticipation of the fund will be transfered after settlement/ or mere transfer of fund will take place from Byculla Branch of bank of baroda.

Hello Everybody, I have a Serious Problem, I Passed my IPCC 1st group in NOV. 2012, but because some of problems i could not start article ship that time.. but in MAY 2015 i started as an article at a CA Firm... I filled form 102 with my ca and filled 103 to send ICAI (only filled not send) but i didn't send form 103 to institute in 5 days of articleship commencement and after some days i had an accident and gone for bad rest of approx 25 days.. i got out of mind that time. and after recovery from injuries i started again going to CA firm... and forget to send form to institute.. but now
this time in SEP. 2016 i was checking my old documents and suddenly i faced that old form 103 and shouted Ohh No..
Now what to do because of its gone around 1.50 years of started articleship and not sent that form. it is the biggest mistake of me... what to do now... please suggest me something...

In one Pvt. Ltd. Co. provident fund is regularly deducted from salary but for 4 month P.F is not deposited in bank account due to some technical problem in bank system and it is deposited after 4 month. so 1) is there any problem in computing co's total income ? 2) Any dis allowance is there ? 3) How to show in 3CA-3CB report the due date & actual date of payment ?
