Ragarding pan card correction

What all documents are required if i want to correct my father name in my PAN Card because at the time of applying by mistake the person who was applying intered the wrong name of my father. Please tell me because when i applied for correction i have submitted Driving Licence copy but then I have received a mail from NSDL that Proof of change in father name required and such document are not valid which is given by you . So please tell me what should i give them.
