14 September 2016 I wanted to know that,I have recently qualified CA and i got my COP letter confirmation,but firm is not yet formed.

I just wanted to know,as i filling the TAX audit reports of some clients,I have to give a stamped copy of it to my client,
How should be the stamp look alike and contents in it(sample pic if avail),as firm is not yet been formed.

If i have not created a firm yet,can i create a stamp in my individual name ?

I am practicing in southern region,so i have to apply to Chennai office for firm name or Delhi HO.Actually in form 2 i have sent firm names 4 options,as asked in the form.
Is it enough or i have to apply it again to HO,as no reply regarding my firm name is been received from chennai office.

14 September 2016 1 You can create stamp in your individual name.
2 Contact Chennai office for firm name.

15 September 2016 you can practise in your individual name.
the stamp should be...say for example

19 September 2016 As I Specified earlier,i have already sent the form to chennai office,

19 September 2016 Till the time OR even after you receive the trade name approval, you can practice in your INDIVIDUAL name. For practising in INDIVIDUAL name, no separate i.e. special permission is required.
