A Pvt. Ltd Company has not paid my Eligible Gratuity and Bonus even after several request sent. I would like to know where to complain lodged

I have started my own sole proprietary firm and my turnover for FY 2017-18 will be 50 lakhs, I have applied for TAN & received the same in the month of Feb,2018.I was not aware that who's turnover is less than 1 crore for them tan is not mandatory. Now i have TAn no , so i need to deduct TDS on my transaction.

I am trying to upload the PTRC return. I have downloaded the return template from www.mahagst.gov.in portal. However, while uploading the return, i am getting the following errors: 1) Error while file upload 2) At least one BRF message of type W, E, A or X occured 3) Balance payable should not be more than zero. (Please note: the balance payable is not more than zero) Kindly help me to understand the above errors so that I can upload the return at the earliest.

i want to transfer ownsership of sole proprietorship firm,owner has big value in his capital account in the firm which the buyer cant pay right now, he cant gift his firm as there is no blood relation,is there any way of transfering?
is there any provision of transfering without clearing off debts and paying off assests only with mutual understanding.

I am shifting my limits from Kotak Mahindra bank to Yes Bank. My limits are due to renew on 15th March and I have already informed Kotak to not renew my limits as I am shifting. They are harassing me that there would be pre-payment charges of 2%. How can I save my self from this and also take the case of Kotak Bank. The Bank is also harassing to the core to shift the limits. Is there any way I can file a case against them to mentally torture me.

Will Ombudsman help me in this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My is 37yrs, i've done B.com & M.com. Since 12yrs i'm working in a pharma concern as an accountant but now i'm willing to do CA course.
When i enquired about the course they said that i've to leave my current job & to work or do Practical Training for 3yrs(full time) under chartered accountant then only i can take intermediate examination otherwise it is not possible.
Is it mandatory to work under chartered accountant for 3yrs(full time) at this stage? Or any other option to do CA course or is there any other courses which is helpful to my future in accounts.
Please guide me.
