23 February 2018 Dear expert,

Our company is not a registered Trust and hence we cannot issue annexture K form to the employee who has left the company as the new company where employee has joined is asking us annexture .Kindly help.

23 February 2018 is there a way that employee himself can obtain it online from EPF website.

21 July 2024 If your company is not a registered Trust and therefore cannot issue Annexure K directly to employees, there are a couple of ways employees can obtain it themselves:

1. **Through the EPF Member Portal:**
- Employees can access the EPF Member Portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/) using their Universal Account Number (UAN) and password.
- After logging in, they can navigate to the "Download" section where various forms and documents are available for download.
- Annexure K should be available for download if it has been uploaded by the previous employer.

2. **Requesting through EPFO Helpdesk:**
- Employees can also reach out to the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) helpdesk for assistance.
- They can raise a request through the EPF Grievance Portal (https://epfigms.gov.in/) seeking Annexure K. They need to provide details such as UAN, previous employer details, and reason for requesting the document.
