Pl let me know on what basis basic salary is calculated.
1) is it calculated on CTC/Gross salary.
2)For example if a person gross salary is 26500 what would be his basic sala

If you have Salary slip then go to check the details in that slip...
Basic Salary + HRA + DA + ETC = GROSS SALARY...
