We request expert opinion on the following :

1. One service provider having PF registration deputing worker ( who is also covered in PF list of the service provider) to one concern .
2. Our query is whether PF is to be remitted ( both for employer and employee) on the minimum wages applicable to the industry of principal employer or on the minimum wages applicable to industry of service provider?

I want to ask about the interest rate(or the provisions) which would be applicable in case of an Indian resident borrowing from a non-resident in USD. Also any income tax provision applicable other than TDS .

I am going to merge my proprietorship firm with a partnership firm. Procedure for the same involves two steps, as follows:

1. Execute a reconstituition agreement/ revised partnership deed.
2. File a merger agreement in Form E with the institute.

My query is that whether the revised partnership deed will contain a separate merger clause in it or not?

We are using current dated (11th Nov 19) stamp paper for executing a partnership deed. If a partner wants to join our firm with effect from 01.04.19. Can we use the current dated stamp paper for executing a partnership deed and registering?

We a Partnership company have converted into a Public Ltd Company in July 2019 and the commencement Certificate was received in Sept 2019.

Is there any date like the incorporation or Commencement date when should we transfer accounts to the new company as we are still continuing with business (Billing and booking Exps. etc) in the Partnership Firm.

And what is the solution for the mistake done due to ignorance.

State Bank of India has sanctioned Cash Credit Limit of Rs. 16 crs and Letter of Credit Limit of Rs. 9 crs. Next renewal is due on 29/12/2019. Now Saraswat Co op Bank is taking over both the Limits. State Bank of India informing that they charge Pre payment charges of 2% on Cash credit limit and also Letter of credit Rs. 50 lakhs. I want to know whether they can charge pre payment charges on Non fund based limit Letter of credit of Rs. 9crs.?
