A pvt ltd has been incorporated on 20 Dec 2018, They want to finalized the accounts on march 2020. How can they take extension from ROC

Pass a Board Resolution for extension of time limit for holding an annual general meeting and specify the due reason for an extension of AGM. File an Application in Form GNL-1 and wait for Approval from ROC. Remember this has to be filed latest by December 31, 2019 in your case.
