The liability of TDS deduction and classification of service, applicability of % of ax percentage is to be made as per the provisions of Income Tax Act 1961. To decide the nature of services for TDS , we have to know the activities carried out the consultant. Then only we can tell whether it is professional service or will cover under contract services

we are getting GST refund @29% from IGST from department as per policy 50/2003 (UTTRAKHAND) and same % our costumer are calming thru Tax invoice.
