I have cleared my icwai inter and now doing job as a manager in a taxi stand,it is registered,but not a ltd co.can i use it for the purpose of industrial training in icwai inst.

A ltd sold goods to B ltd for 20 lacs.at the time of delivery prices went down as such B LTD refused to accept the goods.A ltd sold it to C LTD 6 lacs.matter is in arbitration for 14 lacs. querry 1) Can A ltd write off 14 lacs as BAD DEBTS? 2) IF ltd wrtes it off as bad debts ,is is not likely that arbitration will reject the claim saying since u have triten off the amount u can not get claim. c.a.paresh zatakia

is it necessary to make a deed for formation of HUF. Further please provide if anyone having format of such Deed so that i can open my bank account and as a record it may be kept as Name of Karta and details of HUF Family Members etc.

if i have 5 sole. units on the name of my family members.....and i am earning a profit of 10 lacs per annum per unit.....
so,
now suggest me whether it is better to unite them in a ltd company or not.......
will it beneficial from the tax point of view........
tell me the advantages of both......

hii frnzzz.... hav passed my cpt in dec 2008... am thinking to appear my ipcc both groups in may 2010.....
so ... if any amendments are made in respect of service tax, vat or income tax in april 2010 financial bill....... wat i hav to follow the amended rules or dat of for d year 09-10...... b coz i will b having less time to prepare as per new rules .... wat to do..?????
