Deeds for HUF Creation

Hi
is it necessary to make a deed for formation of HUF. Further please provide if anyone having format of such Deed so that i can open my bank account and as a record it may be kept as Name of Karta and details of HUF Family Members etc.

The karta must open a HUF bank account in any bank by giving an undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs 100. The format will be supplied by the bank.There is no registration or any formality required to open a HUF. Apply for a pan card in the name of HUF and Open a bank A/c.
