tds for interior decoraters

01 April 2009 sir iam a interior decorater iam doing a project to a company like aluminium partion , flooring, electrical , work station and false ceiling,engaging labour and materials , so what is the TDS they should deduct 2.06% or 10.3% please help me

01 April 2009 If consolidated invoice is raised for all the charges then TDS will be @10.3%. However, if the reimbursement of charges for material is billed seperately then no TDS will be applicable on the same.
