sir their are many articles who have the issues with their principals just becoz of over aggresive nature of their principals.i myself do training frm 9am to 5 pm its 8 hrs per day means 48 hrs in a week which is much more than the limits issed.and the another problm i m facing is tht my principal doesnt have much work with them ryt nw we spend our time just sitting free in the office or doing the personal work of our principal.is this ryt???

Pls do let me know any CAs working in Bangalore who can help me in incoporating a pvt. ltd. company.

Dear Sir

I m very fed up with my CA Articleship as i have to travel around 30-35km daily in raching my CA firm and Back which takes around 1.5-2 hrs daily and i m nt able to concentrate on my studies.

In changed A'ship norms i came to noe that i can't take transfer in same City.Please advise how can i change my CA for A'ship .

I also tried to call ICAI but there was no response.Please consider this urgent and reply asap.

Can one person form a Greater HUF even today alongwith his brothers and sisters
and
again the same person wants to form another Smaller HUF with his Wife and Children after marriage
(i.e. he wants to be Karta of both the HUFs)
