I want to Know if I am From Madya Pradesh & PAN Applied & received from by Residence. afterthan I go for a job in Gujarat... in any company there I have file a IT return....
But instead of my MP jurisdiction I have filled my return in Place (Jurisdiction) which I am servicing now..... so there is some mismatch...
now when I am going to find my own Jurisdiciton from IT Dept. there is a error regarding not found....
Is that happened by my IT Return which I have filled.
How can I rectify it.... and also How can i find my right Jurisdiction from my Address instead of my PAN no.

my client had taken a shares at the time of term loan as per bank rules . he was refunded that loan with in a stipulated time & than he has requested to the bank refund his excess share money ( to keep nominal share mony which is requred for bank for maintaing a share holder).but that co-operative bank denay for that refund .my question is can co-opetative bank refuses such demand? (The Share money is near about Rs 35000/- & Nominal Share application Money around Rs. 1500/-) Rs 33500/- not a premium amount I have that much amount of share certificate.(Rs. 35000/-)
