Please guide me on the due date for making the application for obtaining the certificate of registratin under professional tax - gujarat.

In the rules, time limit is within 60 days from the commencement of profession, trade, callin or employment.
The question is, what is the date of commencement of business in case a private limited company? from which date the calculation of 60 days should start?

if i`m purchasing a tour packages from a person operating tour business and made billing in foreign currency like USD as well as in indian currency, then while making payment we should deduct TDS or not. some operator advise us that it should be taken as Ready made packages so it is not subject to tds.

If rented to an individual indian resident,is it mandatory for the tenant to deduct TDS and if there are any minimum threshold and what is the rate of deduction .The landlord is a PIO.
